The main level was designed with an open living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sun porch. There are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom on the main level as well as multiple closets for ample storage.
There is a separate sun room surrounded by stunning views of the forest and river. Deer and other wildlife frequent the area.

Comfort & Convenience
Each of 3 bedrooms has 2 twin beds or can be configured into king beds with advance request, for a total sleeping capacity of 6. All rooms have closets and storage areas for guest comfort.
There are 3 full bathrooms; 1 on the main level and 2 on the lower level. Each come with towels and soap for convenience.
Prep Space & Mud Room
Lower Level
The lower level of the River House has its own separate entry. The mudroom was built with hunting and fishing parties in mind as a space to easily rinse off & hang waders and to clean up your pets after a day of fun in the wilderness.
The separate prep kitchen comes fully equipped and makes for a great space to clean your fish or game acquired on your trip.
Waterfront Views
Secluded in Nature
Large decks & patio spaces are set right on the waterfront and include rockers, gas grill and fire pit to relax and enjoy the peaceful wilderness. Both properties can enjoy use of a boat house and private boat launch area for easy access to the Big Horn.
