October to February is water fowl hunting season and is booked exclusively through River Rock Outfitters Please contact them to make reservations during those months. For all other dates contact us or email: info@bighornriverhouse.com for open dates to request a reservation. Please provide the dates you wish to book, the number in your party, if you will have any pets and any other requests that you might have so that we can best accommodate you.

The River House & Trapper Cabin are located about 10 miles south of Hardin and one-half mile off the main highway with a well maintained gravel road. Access to the property is gated and can be opened with an automatic opener via an APP that will be sent to you via text prior to your arrival. Full address will be provided at the time of booking.
Check-in : 4:00 PM. Check-out : 11:00 AM
Times can be flexible depending on schedule. Please contact us if you require a different than listed time for your trip.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive full refund. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a fee.
Smoking is allowed outside on porches and decks only. Please dispose of butts in the waste-cans provided outside. There is no smoking inside the properties.
Dogs that are well-behaved are allowed with some restricted access. We request no dogs on any furniture. Crates are provided if dogs are to be left unattended for any amount of time. An additional cleaning fee of $65 (non-refundable) and advance notice is required for pets.
No parties are permitted. Any additional guests are required to contact us in advance so that we may accommodate appropriately.
A full list of house rules can be found here. We ask that you please treat the spaces with respect. Fires are allowed only in the firepit area. Loud noises, music or obnoxious, dangerous and unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed on the property. We provide all linens, towels, paper products, laundry and dishwashing detergent, BBQ grill utensils and propane, coffee maker, general kitchen cookware for meal prep. You are responsible for your own food, beverages and personal items.
